Sole Bay Care Fund is an independent registered charity (registration number 1144108) run by local trustees. The fund has been set up to provide short term emergency care, resources and equipment not normally funded by the NHS or social services.

At times, it is necessary to bring immediate care and support to those patients with an acute medical or social care need. In many cases, unnecessary hospital admissions can be prevented by providing short term care in the home or near to home as possible. It raises money by organising events, and any ideas would be thankfully received; please use our Contact the Practice form. We also rely on donations and legacies.
