This surgery operates a zero tolerance policy towards verbal or physical abuse towards any member of our staff.

Patients are asked to be considerate and act reasonably. GPs, their staff and persons present on the premises have the right to care for others/visit the practice without fear of attack or being verbally abused. All incidents will be followed up and you will be sent a formal warning or removed from the practice list if your behaviour has been unreasonable.
