ECCH provides community services (district nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy and health visiting) for the population of Great Yarmouth and Waveney including Reydon and Southwold.

They are close partners with the surgery and our aim is that patients should not experience any difference whether they are seen by of the surgery staff or ECCH.
