The NHS Norfolk and Waveney Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) service is closing on 12/04/2024.
Your GP practice will be taking over responsibility for your repeat prescriptions. After 12th April 2024 you will not be able to order repeat prescriptions using the POD service.
Please note we do NOT take requests over the telephone.
Repeat prescriptions can also be ordered in the following ways:
- On the NHS app or by logging into your NHS account at https://access.login.nhs.uk/enter-email
- Online via the Practice online service SystmOnline SystmOnline Login (tpp-uk.com)
